Ireland Flag & Facts
Flag Facts: Ireland
Government: Parliamentary republic
National Holiday: Saint Patrick's Day – 17 March
National Symbol: The shamrock (trefoil)
The Irish flag features three equal vertical bands of green, white, and orange. Fun fact: The Irish flag is similar to the flag of
Cote d'Ivoire, which is shorter and has the colors reversed.
