satisfaction with our products is guaranteed. If for any reason, within
10 days of receipt, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may
return it in its original new condition for a full refund (less shipping
and 10% restocking fee on some items). All
returns require a Return Authorization prior to return.

Authorization.
Custom
orders are not returnable unless product is defective or damaged in
shipping.
Returning
Items By Mail
Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if
possible). Packages must be returned prepaid -- we cannot accept C.O.D.
deliveries.
Credit Card Refunds:
All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original
purchase. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your
statement.
Refunds on Shipping Charges:
We will refund shipping charges only if we've sent the wrong item or
the item is defective.
